We have manufactured and distributed our range of confectionery, branded Charity Sweets, direct to businesses for their staff and visitors to enjoy since 2001.
Because our sweet and snack boxes are delivered direct to the end user it means we save over 15% of the revenue against selling through the high street. This money, less any shortages, is donated to charity and is another reason why the Proprietors and Directors of companies display our products.
We have donated tens of thousands of pounds to a number of charities, including Guide Dogs for the Blind, Save the Children, Breast Cancer Campaign and more recently Mencap. To Mencap alone we have donated over £200,000.

Our strategy is to supply the highest quality sweets and snacks so customers return time after time to purchase our products. We are one of the few suppliers still to charge just £1.00 per bag and in most cases our bags contain at least 20% more weight than our major competitors. Value for money enables us to maintain the highest level of donation to the charity as possible.

We employ all our staff and do not use self employed agents. We pride ourselves in providing employment to many single parents, people with disabilities and retiring members of the armed forces.

We leave a display tray in your company containing 20 varieties of snacks and sweets.  Staff can purchase a bag at any time and leave the payment in the ‘honesty box’ provided. On a regular basis, our collectors will call to refill the tray, you can also put your request forward by telephone on 0845 1201531 or email sales@charitysweets.co.uk to replenish your box. There is also an answer machine to leave your details.   The only small commitment we request is that the box be left in a safe reliable place within your work place.

 

Breakdown of £1.00 Here is a breakdown of the £1.00 per bag. Please note that the amount donated to the charity includes an allowance for shortages. Because we are unable to quantify the number of bags taken without payment we guarantee to donate to Mencap a minimum of £120,000 during each contract period.
